Microsoft Project beginners and intermediate
This course is an intensive two-day experience which covers the basic and intermediate features of MS Project, as well as the basic theory of Project Management.
Delegates are taken through the project life-cycle and shown which features of Microsoft Project to use at each phase in their project. One project is used throughout for continuity. Focus is placed on correctly defining tasks and related resources; tracking the project and reporting project results. Tips are also provided on effective electronic management of projects.
